Best donuts I've EVER had!!! The donuts were still warm from the oven at noon! Went here for brunch. Great staff, great location and great atmosphere. Parking is limited so come early! I recommend the cruller donut. I also recommend the reshi tumeric ginger chai latte.

Stopped by Arethusa A Mano bakery on the way out of town after visiting the famous Arethusa al Tavolo restaurant for a meal. I love this tri-fecta of high quality farm to table businesses in Bantam. Ordered two seasonal lattes....peppermint and pumpkin spice along with two egg nog cream filled doughnuts. Everything was delicious. Thanks!

I've been frequenting Arethusa a Mano for nearly six years, and have some thoughts. First, the food quality is excellent. Of all the best meals I've had, most were at Arethusa. It's upscale but not stuffy, the staff is attentive but they'll joke with you, and I never leave feeling bloated and gross. That being said, I feel that there has been a slight dip in the overall experience since George died. The attentiveness has dropped slightly (what happened to the little bread guy??), and the "well-oiled-machine" feel of the restaurant has gone away. This may be an effect of COVID-era staff changes, and it won't take much to get back to the standard of excellence they once were. Arethusa is still "our place" and we celebrate annual milestones there, but it's impossible to ignore the charm that's been lost. However, if there is any restaurant that can reclaim its glory- its Arethusa.
